Okay, so I was making burgers last night and I always coat the patties in bread crumbs and it got me thinking. What if I were to make bread batter and coat the burgers in that and then bake them? I've never seen it done with anything other than chicken but I thought it sounded interesting and wanted to give it a try.

Thats right up there with country fried steak... Ive had country fried steak before and it made me want to puke lol. it tastes ok but really just did not sit right in my stomach
