Getting Back Into the Swing of Things

So for a decent amount of time I actually stuck to eating healthy for myself, and then it took one event to change my eating habits completely back to unhealthy. Now that I know my true limitations I cannot go back to it. It takes one misplaced piece for the building to fall.

However, I am slowly welcoming coffee back into my life, no more than 1 cup though (:.
