I got some huge sirloin steaks from the local meat market. I marinated it lightly with Worcestershire sauce then seasoned it with garlic powder, light salt and ground black pepper. After that I pan seared it for a few seconds on each side and the edges and threw it in the oven for 5 min (I like my steak rare). Served it with mashed potatoes and au jus for dipping the steak. Mmmmmmmm! grin_open
