There was and are conspiracy theories about FEMA CAMPS . There was this television show that went and looked at places that were suppose to be open to the public but were locked, and looked like prisons. If it was suppose to be open to the public or represent hotels and such why were they locked, and their answers for some of the questions asked were very sketchy. Later on, come to find out there are also stock piles of bins waiting to submerge corpses into, which could fit a decent amount.
FEMA is the "corporation" that runs health care, and hospitals, etc. and they have camps that was written into a bill, which was addressed upon on the show, and one of the signers of the bill would not answer the questions, but his secretary stated that most people only sign to develop and enhance their reputations and do not actually read. The bill or thingy-ma-bob stated that they were going to build I believe 8 of these camps. However, I am quoting that off of memory, so that could be slightly inaccurate.
